Back from Beach Body Summit and vacation in Vegas! Only up one pound up and it will be gone this week! Not a bad thing at all. Now time to get back on the program and lose the rest of this weight. P90X rest week is almost over, although I can't see doing core is resting! LOL! Oh well, Phase 2 starts Monday.
