As you get older the weight just doesn’t want to move.
I think if I could get it down 5 more pounds I’d feel better with my progress. I’ve been stuck here too long 😠
138.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 13.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey Doobrie Yes I record everything. I’m suppose to have 1200 calories but I have days I just don’t eat much

I can't understand why you're not losing then Brenda. Very strange. Keep at it though as it's bound to come off eventually 🙂
