OOOppps...missed the deadline for last week, haven't had a chance to log in. :( I am happy that I am able to focus on getting my runs in...need to do better with toning other body parts. Haven't found the ab workout that "does it" for me, but I'm doing a little bit of something each day. Having a hard time getting all of the H2O in that I should. :(
109.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
