Sooo... I reintroduced eggs this week. Seemed to have no issues, so YAY! My face has cleared up and my HS has calmed itself. The painful lumpiness in my muscles seems to have reduced markedly. (My PT is thrilled!) I'm in good spirits, despite still being chronically constipated, menstruating, and dealing with silent reflux. Doc had a chance to look at my labs all together. On their own, as they came in individually, things that were off weren't alarming, but put them all together and I guess it painted a slightly different picture. I started a low dose thyroid medicine yesterday. We'll re-check labs in 6 weeks! I am so happy to finally have a doc who takes the time to listen and understand. So between the diet and the doctor and more progress on the scale, it's been a pretty good week. Hope you're all having a great week!
