Well I'm eating under 2000 calories ,under 175 carbs ,my blood sugar was 89 this am ,yesterday am was 112 ...I'm eating all Whole Foods and listening to what my body is craving and it's crying bananas ...I had 2 yesterday and very happy my weights coming down I still have that neuropathy but 95% better can't wait to see neurologist may 1 have a great day peeps🤗
154.2 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
