Feeling great! I was a little anxious to weight myself this morning; since my scale has been missing for the past few days (I finally found it in a box that my daughter packed lol). And I'm glad the scale was kind to me lol, I thought it would be from the food choices and all the extra activity I have been doing, but you never know until you actually stand on that scale.

I'm on holidays after this week and I can't wait! I'm excited for the time off but I'm not excited for the change in my routine. I'm kinda scared of it actually. It’s so easy for me to completely stay on track during the week but as soon as the weekend comes it gets harder to always make the right food choices. Especially when my family loves to eat crap food all the time.

I will try my hardest to stay on track and not have too many treats while I'm on vacation. Seeing as I will be the only one who pays for those screw ups I make. I really DO NOT want to see the 290's again and I know that if I'm not careful I will most certainly see them again. I really want to move forward and not have to re-lose weight that I have already lost!

I know what I have to do; it's just making sure that I do it! I don't think exercise will be a problem since I have tons of unpacking to still do at our new house, a gym date every other day with a good friend and lots of outdoor time planning with my family, so I think that should pretty much take care of itself. My only issue will be watching what goes into my mouth (and how much!), one thing I will make sure to do is have healthy food choices always available to me. Like washed and cut fruit and veggies or maybe a homemade trail mix?

I just have to keep temptation away from me and realize that I just have to focus on one meal at a time and make sure to get in all of my water everyday. I will make it through!

Do any of you have any tips for what worked for you while you were on vacation??

Honestly, on vacation I vacate!!! Since workouts won't be a problem try pre-packaging foods. If its easy to grab its easy to eat instead of making something. Plastic bags, tupperware bowls, greek yogurts or cheese sticks. Try to plan as much as possible. And remember planning a treat is just as helpful because you will feel satisfied!!! You're gonna do great and don't forget to enjoy it :-)
