Grasa 16%. Lunes hice spining 40 min. Martes corri 40min y stepper y ABS con Marlene 45 min. Comi pizza el lunes y ayer arroz y hab negras y mucha yuca y amarillos. Estaba cansado.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
