Breakthrough Finally!! I guess those Carbs were kicking my butt after all. Gonna try to radically reduce my carbs intake (60g-100g) and increase my protein for the next week or two to see if that will take me to my goal. This is probably the lightest I've been in 17 years.
217.6 lb Lost so far: 33.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
