Believe it or not, a gain of .6 is a success, given the week. I ended up working at a ski resort for a week as part of the alpine world cup, long days, a few beers, and not the best food.
I expected that it would be a HUGE gain but was glad that it wasn't. I've re-started phase 1 again today after falling off for a few weeks. Looking forward to a decent drop this week despite TOM.

159.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
