Reaching peak of half marathon training so I was discouraged when I started to plateau, but reality is that I made it through my period without any real gain, so yay. And that must be why after 3 small brownies and also three glasses of beer yesterday, I somehow still managed to drop some finally. I've missed the sight of 135!
