I weighed myself today and I'm down 1.4 lbs. 3 days ago I'm 27.4 lbs...oh, I must be doing something right---determination and discipline. Yay!😊
126.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
