I have had lots of challenges the past few weeks. After seeing my weight top 315. I lost a few pounds then gained it right back to be at 315 for 2 weeks in a row. So, I took some time to see what really has been going on in my life. What I realized is that I've been under a lot of stress. So, I'm doing things to decrease the stress. The other thing that has been going on is I have been very fatigued. So, I went to the doctor and found out that my B-12 level was extremely low. So, now I'm getting B-12 shots once a week and must say I'm feeling some better and less fatigued. My goal is to get back to my mile walks at least 2-3 times this week since I've not been in over 3 weeks.

309.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 159.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
