Well, let’s see if it stays down this time. I’m attempting to be less neurotic about this .
I’m also starting a walking program. We have decided to go hiking for a week or two this summer:)
224.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 68.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
