I have been following the plan well for the past three days. As usual, I am dropping these same 3-5 pounds. The biggie is will I be able to break 156.6 next week. That's the smallest I've been since I've been doing this on my own. I am excited that I am fitting in my size 12's now, but the goal is size 10 or less. When I first joined LA Weight Loss in 2003, I got down into a size 6. I don't want to be that small, because it's too hard to maintain. The hips won't go down, though, until I lose about 20 more pounds. If I can just make it to a 10....I'll be happy.
157.8 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm glad to hear you are doing so well on your own! Hips are my biggest problem too. Why is it that's the first place I gain & the last to come off? Not fair! Keep up the good work!

Thanks for the encouragement! I truly need it! If you look at me from the front, I'm a size 8/10. (I lost 15 pounds before going on LA Weight Loss) If I turn around....yowee! Baby's got back...and more!!! It is just not fair that the problem areas are the last to go! :)
