948 kcal Fat: 19.49g | Prot: 103.00g | Carb: 93.73g.   Breakfast: Grapes, Organic Whole Grain Extra Thick Rolled Oa, Apple, Beckys chocolate shake. Lunch: Trader joes soy protein, Sara lee low sodium chicken, Frenchs honey mustard, Fat free balsamic vinaigrette, Almonds, Lettuce , Joseph's pita bread. Dinner: Green beans, Onions, Sweet mini peppers, Tilapia. Snacks/Other: Mini peppers, Silk almond milk, Boneless skinless chicken tenders, Onions, Egg whites. more...
