So slow. gained 2 lbs Tuesday lost 2 lbs Wednesday and then Thursday gained 1 lb back again. This is crazy. But I am in ketosis only eating between 5 to 10 grams carbs a day which come from green veggies. Not hungry at all so there's another plus. Every one have a great day.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
