tanya dong,,kalo kita puasa selama 2minggu/1bulan full,trus yg kita makan defisit kalori, dengan konsumsi protein 1g/kg berat badan,selama puasa kita gak olahraga sama sekali,,itu nantinya massa ototnya bakalan ikut susut gak? atau tetep?
