Got period last night
No exercise bad period pains and raining.
Thinking about what I am eating
170.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I cut out dairy the week before my period and switched to almond milk (which has more calcium, which is supposed to help w/ cramps). I have been doing this for the past 3 months and haven't had any cramps.
