Haven't journaled in quite a while. Woke up late this morning so I figured, hey why not update all my social accounts, so that's what I'm doing instead of getting ready for work like I should.

Do you ever feel like that? When you have a million and one things to do but you're like ehhhhh? I want to be 10 again, when I didn't have deadlines or bills lol

Anyway, I haven't been to the gym in like a week I think. Literally slept in the office for two nights cos of a Japanese client who conference calls at ungodly hours. Could of taken it at home but I would of slept right through it like I do with my 3 alarms. Yay.

I've somewhat gotten rid of the habit of eating out when at work which is great but now I tend to forget to eat or eat the wrong meal at the wrong time. Like a heavy meal at night when I should of had it either in the morning or midday. I don't really have a schedule, I only just eat once a day, it works for me cos I drink A LOT of water throughout the day. Water can really fill you up. Except when I gym I have a post workout meal which is usually an energy bar or a soup. I don't know but I love having baked sweet potato fries after a workout, they just taste better that way.

Anyone doing Fitness Blender workouts at home? I really like their beginners stuff. Usually feels like 5 levels above beginner.....Anyway, it works for lazy people like me lol

Well I wouldn't say the word lazy you just like it the way you like it..the simpler the better for you and there is nothing wrong with that...Yes... if I become like that and with my a.d.d. I just have a bunch of unfinished projects that usually aggravate me later....Anyway its nice to have you back journaling...have a pleasant evening;)
