Well, at least I didn't gain - so I'm happy about that. In a month, I've lost 5.5lbs. Not a whole lot, but at least it's something.
184.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 54.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

as long as we keep doing what we're doing it has to eventually come off...I did mention to you I'm taking sublingual high potency B-12 /2500 mcg pills right? I really think they are giving me more energy so I thought I would mention them to you in case I haven't before. They are by Spring Valley and only $5 at Walmart... Also I don't know if you take Folic Acid pills daily but if you don't you probably need too... When a woman has enough folic acid in her body before and during pregnancy, it can prevent major birth defects of her baby's brain or spine. I know your not wanting to get pregnant right now but it would not hurt to start taking it... take care, love Mom
