I walked today, and tghat is about it. I did pull out my old(ish) racing bike. The plan is to ride 18 miles three times a week, for the first two weeks.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 46.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
