i start my new training tomorrow evening for 4 hrs. 4 xs a week. ive only other worked in homecare or cleaning. i hope it will help w my overeating. wish me luck guys. im gonna be a telephone interviewer doing surveys for patients after they get out of the hospitals or drs. office
233.4 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
