Working fairly hard on making good choices! did drink a DP late in the day but I did't drink one at lunch. I ate a salad too! I was close to my 1200 goal
178.5 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
