I realize just how bad my eating is. I am going to have a very hectic 4 weeks because i have school every night!!! So i decided to take this time to focus on my eating. I am still going to exercise but i have got to clamp down on my eating. Some days i even worked out twice a day!!! But now that i realize just how bad i eat im going to change it!!!!
283.5 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 83.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I'm constantly sabotaging my workouts by eating bad! I just started to record my food everyday, so I hope that helps some. Good luck with school. I just finished with night classes :P

Hey CLynn! Try making your breakfast, lunch & dinner the day before. Put everything you are going to eat for the day in a bag. This may help you by giving you a "food budget". Everything in the bag is yours to eat throughout the day as you please but might make you think twice about eating everything in one shot because by putting everything in the bag you realize what you have left for the day. So you'll be maintaining your calories because they are predetermined the day before and you don't have to worry about what you are going to eat while on the go with school etc.
