Since December had to (or thought it prudent to) stop walking routine.

Of course adding weight back on.

Soon will have 24 hour ECG test halter so physician can advise me what to
do, but already said that exercise is a good thing.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 3.2 lb a week
