Ooooh! I am a bit discouraged.I have considerable pain issues and I had to have several cortisone injections and my hunger and self control has gone to heck the past few weeks and my weight indicates that. I am trying to get back on track and to top it all off my usual WW meeting has been cancelled as there were not enough people attending. I need to find another one but there is not a convenient one and I have to go it alone for awhile and that scares me....Oh well I am an adult and I should be able to both get back on track and not need the security of a meeting!!!!! Hope all of you are doing well.
