weekend in montreal -- sneaky carbs! just when I thought I was behaving well, restauranteurs and coffee shops sneek sugar into my orders! I i think I did relatively well considering calorie-count, so this is all probably water weight that is associated with the refilling of my glycogen stores. Pretty easy to shed in the coming days.
