The weight loss challenge at work did so much more for my motivation than anything else I have tried. Having real people holding me accountable, not a computer, $300 on the line, and some fun competition got me moving.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
