In addition to basically two weeks off, I spent 4 days with my parents. Although I was not terribly horrible in my eating, I was worse than usual and did not enter calorie counts. Gaining half a pound is understandable and is now over. Getting back into the swing of things....
Having not mentioned anything to my Mom and Dad, it was great to get their reaction. Before I even got into the house, my Mom made me turn around and declared that I must be wearing "suck 'ems" (shape-wear). I proudly declared that I was not!
