Who did you cheat, and was it worth it? It takes too long, and it is too hard to throw all this effort away. Try looking at treats as what they are, as poison because in a sense that's what they are, just slow acting. Reevaluate what you consider a treat. Double up and get back in there!

My daughter bought me a piece of some fancy cheesecake at The cheesecake factory and it seemed to go downhill from there.

I didn't even really enjoy it. It was too rich. It was so rich I threw part of the topping away.

I sincerely don't mean anything to be negative. I see so many frustrate themselves to death on here, and since so many are in the same boat it turns into a big pity party. I just want everyone who truly desires to get healthy to dig deep into themselves and ask themselves if this is something they are really willing to work for, or is it really a delusional desire. I was on here back when I had about 50 lbs to lose, and after about 6-10 months I found my direction and stayed the course. Just think of where you can be this time next year. Yeah, you really could be, but is it worth it to you. It was worth it enough to me to change how I interact with food, and I have no regrets. You can do it, but only you can. I was heavy, then gauntly, and now fit, what a journey.
