I'm seeing my Dr in about a week so I can check in with how my weight gain is doing, considering the pregnancy. I really see a lot of fluctuation day to day, week to week, so I sort of have to estimate or average to put in my values here. I wonder if it's water retention? I weigh a LOT less in the mornings than in the nights. On the other hand, that could be thanks to meals as well!
211.5 lb Lost so far: 63.5 lb.    Still to go: 51.5 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

I'd say that is a pretty small weight gain for being pregnant - a lot of folks put 10-20 lbs on in the first few months (don't know if that is healthy, but I don't think it is unusual.) How is the yoga working out?

The yoga is fun, but it's really gentle and she reminds us not to challenge ourselves since you can apparently easily overstretch during pregnancy and hurt yourself. We're working on a lot of squats and groin flexibility that are supposed to be helpful for labour :)
