Well, it was quite a week! But healthy eating fell by the wayside. UGH! It was an insane week with some celebrations on the weekend. This week has started off great but I just found out that I have to travel for work for the rest of the week, which adds a bit of challenge to the plan. I can do it though and am determined not to let myself get off the rails. It's easy to get back on track after gaining 1lb... a little harder after gaining 5,10,20 and I'm not prepared to let that happen.
I hope everyone had a good week! I owe a few messages and hope to get back to writing soon.
