Been sick for almost 2 weeks (flu or maybe keto flu) 😷 It did kicked me out of ketosis. Gained 4 lbs 😞 but we can always start over, right?! So as of yesterday 3/5/18 (Mon), I continue my weight loss journey. Check my ketones this morning with keto stix and I have traces of ketones, yay! Small amount but I know it is heading for good. Wish me luck! 2nd day of getting back on track 😜
129.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
