bru 2 hari hahaha... lama yahh.. krn aku cm ngurangin kalori aja itu aja kadang kebabalasan dikittt tp olahraga juga jd lumayanlah.. hihihi semangat yaa

2 hari 0.9 lg lho... hahaha 1 kg aja nggak hikz.. nanti sore mau nimbang lg semoga turun hahaha.. ngarep bgt apa jgn2 naik ya aku minum blm jam 5 udah 2 liter

Ohh lumayan dong ya... Tp. Aku mmg usaha konsumsi kalori dibawah 1100 kkal per hari.. Hari ini aja dibawah 700 kkal.. Tp gak mesti sgt sih.. Hihihi.. Yg penting sehat yahh
