Had about 80-90g carbs yesterday (deviated from the norm of <30g, but today marks a milestone...we’ve broken into the 260’s ladies and gents. Haha, celebrate with bacon jalapeño cheese burgers (no bun)
269.0 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
