I had taken this app off my phone trying ti make space but I decided I really like it and wanted it back. I went to the doc last week. I was down 19 pounds since my last visit. I am now down 24 pounds since my last visit. I put this app back on to help me keep motivated and to keep up with my loss. I had the duodenal switch on Dec 31 of '08. I also got married in '08 our 10th Anniversary is this month. My goal was to be at 137 before our party. The party is this coming Sat. but honestly i am ok with not making my goal yet only because I am still going down and not up. I never thought I would be so happy to see 157.4 as i was this morning. We will have lots of food here Sat but there will be a lot of keto friendly food so I won't feel left out at my own party. Not really a junk food eater so I will do fine. Won't be missing the cake. I still have 20 pounds to be where I want to be. At 137 I can wear size 0 jeans. At 157 I am in a 3/4. I really cannot complain. Just need to work really hard and try to get back into ketosis. Thoughts on intermittent fasting??
157.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
