This is one sssllllooooowwww process! But I have decided that even 1pound a week down is progress and I’m doing this for for my life, health and I feel so good! ( I would be over the moon if this was faster!!!) I am learning patience and discipline of seeing things out to the end. But
If it’s this slow, and I know I am human and will kick back a glass of wine or two— am I going to gain 5 pounds again? Oh hell, bone broth is fine now
