Bis jetzt habe ich nur Ausdauertraining gemacht. Ab heute kommt Krafttraining 💪 dazu. Wenn jemand Tipps hat, nur her damit.
179.5 lb Lost so far: 33.5 lb.    Still to go: 40.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
