Week 7 started yesterday. After a poor 8 days which spanned weeks 5,6, I rounded up week 6 nicely. I hit the treadmill Mon, Tue, Wed and today. I have hit a new low with my weight. Getting closer to the psychologically critical 175 mark.
Looking forward to a strong week 7.
