WHOOP WHOOP. I'm so happy I managed to move the scale in the right direction. Waiting for week 2.
I cheated yesterday, AGAIN. 3 spoonfuls of macaroni in tomato and jalapeno sauce. Was cooking for the kids and just could not help it.
191.8 lb Lost so far: 39.7 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
