I feel DISGUSTING. Ever since my parents came down to visit all I’ve been doing is binging and not fasting. I used to be so weightless and beautiful and now I look like a fat slob again. I’m going back to restricting.
138.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

First, I would like to say, that you have a right to feel the way you feel. I have had days where I feel the same way. It's important to recognize those feelings and work your way through them. I would also like to encourage you to find some positive things about yourself and recognize those too. We can use our negative feelings towards ourselves to motivate us, but the journey becomes a lot easier when we do it from a place of self love. I love my body and want to be healthy. I want to take care of the awesomeness that I am. I'm more then the size of my waistline or a number on the scale. I tell myself these things and it helps me stick to my plan and keep pushing forward. You can do this!
