Having so much fun! I've been playing DDR and Wii Sports every afternoon since Monday...and I'm sweating so much! Have to remember to stretch...had the worst leg cramps ever after the second day so I'm starting yoga again. What a difference!

Plus, I'm cutting way back on what I'm eating, including stuff that's really carb heavy.

Trying to taking my vitamins and supplements with meals...that I'm still not so great at yet...

Sadly, am not thrilled about having to go back to work next week. That means less playtime!

But my goal was to lose 5lbs in the ten days that I was off work and I think I'm off to a running start. The real challenge will be to continue to lose once I am back to work.

The hardest thing about going back to work will be the cardio...walking to and from work is good, but it's not DDR or boxing...*tee hee*...

Also, I have to remember not to eat any crap...I should remember to make lunches as often as I can and eat as many multi-coloured fruits and veggies as possible!
219.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
