Well I made it through my first day. I did well; ate what I said I was going to eat. I stayed away from the rice, pasta and potatoes. I didn’t eat any junk food and I went to the park and walked about 20 minutes. All in all I did pretty good for my first day. I could have walked a little longer but I had to go to the restroom so I stopped. tomorrow I will make sure I walk longer.
