I had taken a break for the past 2 weeks as I was on medication. I am back on full force now. I will be doing the VLCD diet for the coming 20 days. I am feeling dizzy already from my blood sugar drop. Lets see how this day ends.
196.2 lb Lost so far: 35.3 lb.    Still to go: 30.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
