training hard and eatting right the whole week, oh yes had a milktart 1/4 for breaki yesterday and coffee and greek salad and tuna and mayo and biscuits and 125g packet of Woolworths prawn cocktail chips and 40gram lunch bar
215.8 lb Lost so far: 39.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 15.4 lb a week
