I almost didn't weigh myself today - I've already ate breakfast! Do you think that matters? Will I get a true weight mid-day vs. first thing in the morning?

Maybe - my 204.6 pounds is currently 205. So basically that means another week of stagnation.

Chin up!
205.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
