I read some journal entries which makes me happy, then I get on with my day. I am starting to loose some weight. And realised today that this is my new life! This is about me being healthy. Five weeks without a my lover (husband) around and I have to make this work! I know I can do it, I believe in myself! Wow! Like feeling totally empowered! Cool
232.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 76.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
