I'm trying to quite pop completely, but it's hard. I am trying to eat better but I keep getting into old habits, and the exercise thing isn't sticking too well. But I'm losing a little weight, I just need to keep telling myself if just little changes lets me lose 10 lbs think about if if I do what I need!
290.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 150.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 2.9 lb a week
