Intermittent fasting with Keto coffee for breakfast and a carb free dinner have helped me drop almost a kilo in 4 days (with one whole, naughty cheat day). Hopefully hit my weight goal in the next 10 days. Can’t wait to start eating carbs (in moderation) again! Mmmmm chips!
