Intermittent fasting with Keto coffee for breakfast and a carb free dinner have helped me drop almost a kilo in 4 days (with one whole, naughty cheat day). Hopefully hit my weight goal in the next 10 days. Can’t wait to start eating carbs (in moderation) again! Mmmmm chips!
193.3 lb Lost so far: 15.9 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
