Still holding in my 175-180 pattern.
would love for that to be 170 -175.
Binging - on sugar has been an issue. Gotta be fully motivated again. I did great last friday by packing my meals for the day. I need to take the time to do that.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 3.0 lb a week
